Louise gets its inspiration from the French Quarter (Vieux Carré), the oldest neighbourhood in the city of New Orleans, Louisiana. The region is rich in cultural diversity following the settlement of Spanish, French and Italian immigrants into this town on the banks of the Mississippi River with its unique architecture displaying breathtakingly bold colours and ironwork balconies.

The streets of the city combine daily life with fine colonial Spanish or French architecture with houses decorated with baskets of flowers in all colours hanging from the balconies. People walk on the pavements of the side streets in the shadows of the buildings.The striking detail of Louise is also transferred to the interior. Various designs and vivid colours are in harmony with the wood panelled walls. Light is indispensable for giving a third dimension and movement to the venue. Although there is a hint of French ambiance, the iron columns are an integral part of Spanish heritage. The ceiling is canvas and plainly decorated metal panels are, at times, replaced by wood, to capture attention. Paintings of daily life are always vivid with bright colours.The colours reveal a taste of the Caribbean with patina walls; while palm trees reflect a tropical breeze.

The mainly aim is to bring friends together to chat in a warm cosy atmosphere. The warm ambiance is transformed inside with the heat of the fireplace in winter, yet in summer the garden moves the city people from isolation to socialization.

Music is an integral part of the atmosphere and, at the weekend, Louise turns into a wonderful music lounge; it exists for having enjoyment and for dancing. While the mini patisserie welcomes boutique tastes, the bar on the ground floor hosts candid conversations. The secret garden provides a warm welcome for meetings with friends.
